Will you ever reprint a shirt design?

Hahapress prints only limited quantities (25-200) of its short-run tees. It will never reprint a shirt regardless of its popularity. Once a shirt is out of stock it is gone forever. But don't worry, we will replace it with another design momentarily.

Who designs the shirts?

Selected designers from the Hahapress team create all of the shirts for Hahapress.com. Their profiles can be viewed on the about page.

How often do you release designs?

Hahapress will release new designs on a monthly basis.

Can I be notified of new designs?

To be notified of new releases, simply join our Newsletter list.

Can I design for Hahapress?

Anyone that is a member is eligible to submit a design to Hahapress. However, because only a limited number of shirts will be printed for each release we can not ensure that all submissions will be produced.

Can I make money as a member?

Yes, if your shirt is selected for a release you will receive compensation for your design. This compensation will be based on the number of shirts that are produced and the complexity of the design. A compensation chart will be sent to you upon completing your application.

How can I place an order?

First, search for a design from the front page that you would like to purchase. Then click on that shirt to proceed to the individual shirt page. From there, enter your quantity and size and click buy. You will be sent to your shopping cart where you will have the choice to buy or keep shopping if you are ready to complete your order simply fill in the required information and submit your order. Shortly after purchasing you should receive an email to confirm your order. When your order is shipped out you will also be notified.

What are accepted payment methods?

Credit and Debit Cards are the only form of payment that Hahapress.com can accept. The following cards are accepted: Visa // Mastercard

Is Hahapress.com a secure site?

All personal information submitted to Hahapress.com will be secure. Our secure server will protect your personal information with encryption techniques and a firewall. In addition, your personal information will not be given to any third parties.

Do you accept returns?

Because our shirts are limited run and availability is limited we do not accept returns. If you want to place an order, please be sure you want the shirt. Of course there can always be unexpected circumstances around an order; so if you have a problem with a shirt please contact us at info@hahapress.com to arrange a resolution. (Hahapress.com can not assume responsibilty for fees around returns in unexpected circumstances)

Can I cancel an order?

You may cancel an order if it has not already been shipped (you will have received a tracking number). To cancel please email your request with the order number to info@hahapress.com or call 773 806 9300.

What shipping options do you offer?

For the time being, we only offer USPS shipping.

How much will shipping and handling cost me?

Shipping and handling is free at Hahapress.com.

Can I track my order?

Tracking your order will be possible after the item is shipped via the USPS tracking number. Please contact Hahapress.com for delivery status.

Will I be able to combine orders placed at different times before they are shipped?

No, every order placed separately will be sent separately.

What are the specs for your t-shirts?

Please check the individual shirt page for specs on a particular shirt.

What are the washing instructions?

All washing instructions are include on the garment; but generally the are machine wash in warm water with non-chlorine bleach, tumble dry on low, and do not iron. Some shrinkage may be expected.

Why are there price differences among your tees?

Price can vary because of the different number of colors, quatities, or T-shirt styles being used to produce a design.

Privacy policy?

Your right to privacy is honored by Hahapress.com. Only information necessary for processing your order or contacting you about your order will be collected. This information will include your name, phone number, email address, shipping address, and billing address. We do not store any of your credit information and will not sell your name or personal information. Hahapress.com reserves the right to update this privacy policy at anytime.
